About the Company:

Founded in a university flat in 2016, Tusk is a growing marketplace that enables people to outsource their everyday tasks to university students. Whether it’s clearing the garden, walking the dog or designing a website, Tusk will help to get the job done.

Our mission is to give our listers the flexibility and freedom to enjoy their lives without the stress of time-consuming tasks, while also empowering students to earn money without having to commit to contracted hours that get in the way of university life.

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and well connected students to increase brand awareness all over the UK.

The role is extremely flexible. You can choose when to work, organise your own job list and decide which marketing tactics to adopt. Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

• Contacting all local media (newspapers, blogs, radio channels), community groups, local influencers to raise brand awareness
• Speaking to local businesses to discuss how Tusk could benefit them.
• Flyering through letter boxes, on the high street and on campus.
• Share Tusk content when appropriate on personal social media channels.
• Getting Tusk posters on community boards across the city.
• Being involved with community days.
• Using your personal email lists and contacts.
• Using your knowledge of the local community and geography to spread awareness of Tusk.
• Ensuring all tasks in your area are taken up. If you'd like you can complete the tasks yourself to earn extra money.
• Weekly calls with the founder to discuss what you have done that week, and make plans for the week ahead.
