About the Role:

This is a "work whilst you train" scheme to develop the superstar recruiters of tomorrow. The role combines classroom-based training, 121 coaching and at desk real client/candidate development. You will learn all aspects of sales and the full recruitment process - candidate cycle, client cycle and vacancy cycle. In addition we will train you in business and equip you to work with senior finance and business professionals. As you progress through the modules you will learn all aspects of running a recruitment desk.

As you would expect this is a target based environment and you will work to specially designed Academy KPI's. You will earn both basic and commission and at the end of the training period join either the Permanent or Interim desks. The commission scheme is uncapped with real high earning potential.

Requirements:

This is a graduate position (2.2 or above). Ideally you should also have some experience in an office in a sales or client facing role. Above all its about you as an individual. You should be driven by success, ambitious and ready to build a career.

We have a sophisticated approach to client engagement. We look for intelligent, business savvy and hungry people. The role will involve working with finance professionals up to C-Suite so the confidence to talk to business people of all levels is a must.
