About the Role:

Manages sales of the company’s services within Appointed area. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Driving new business opportunities and explore new markets;
  2. Contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets;
  3. Analysing customers’ expectations, preferences and reactions to services;
  4. Conducting competitive analysis;
  5. Maintaining sales records and forecasts;
  6. Handling customers enquiries and complaints;
  7. Recruiting and training junior sales staff;
  8. Keeping up to date with services and competitors;
  9. Producing sales report and presenting sales strategies.


  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Work experience and training in international education sector is preferred;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Computer literate with good command of all MS Office software;
  • Ability to work well in a team, high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
