About the Role:

Join us as an Airport Management Graduate and be part of the team that keep a busy and fast-moving airport ticking over smoothly. Completing placements in our Operational, Commercial and Assets teams, you’ll develop the knowledge, skills and experience to be a future leader of one of our terminal or operations teams.

Requirements:

We are not looking for a specific degree background, although you’ll need to bring with you a minimum of a 2:1 and some business understanding and well developed numerical skills would be useful.

You’ll need to be customer focused and able to manage multiple competing demands and priorities, as well as have strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve business problems. We’re also looking for confident communicators with an ability to build effective working relationships across the many business areas you will work with, and you will have the potential to lead, engage and inspire large teams of people.
