About the Role:

Job Purpose:

To support the EMEIA Central Finance Function in the accurate and timely accounting and administrative duties of the Head Office Function, specifically Commercial, Costing and month end reporting.

Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrate BBRG core values, in particular with integrity in decision making and interaction with colleagues
  • Daily reconciliation of the Order Book, Order Intake and Sales
  • Producing daily reports on factory utilization
  • Produce the monthly machine performance and variance analysis reports
  • Monthly reporting of the Sales, Order Intake and Order Book
  • Assisting in the production of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Carrying out costings on the internal costing system
  • Develop and prepare financial reports, sensitivity analysis and simulation exercises as requested for management to allow them to understand and monitor the financial performance of the region
  • Adhoc month end support to the Financial Controller
  • Adhoc support to the EMEIA Central Finance Team
