About the Company:

I am a chartered accountant, with my own office. I have a small office and I work solely with an assistant. I have already worked with many German and English students during the last four years.

My office has clients in different areas of business including restaurants, shops and crafts-men. The office is located in Sanary-sur-mer, a town on the Mediterranean coast, about 50km east from Marseilles and 20km west from Toulon.

About the Role:

I am looking to hire a trainee for a 2-4 month period starting from January 2020. I am
quite flexible for the duration of the internship as long as it is conformed to the new French laws. The placement is only for students.

Internship description:

• Accounting (electronic booking of client and supplier invoices, the bank statements and thecash in hand account, controlling of the accounts and the documents)
• Balance sheets (preparation of annual accounts, development and control of the balance sheet)
• Developing and updating a website, if students have some knowledge, but not obligatory

The internship can be held partly in English and partly in French. French Knowledge is not obligatory. Knowledge in accounting would be an advantage, but isn’t obligatory. Working time is 37.5 hour per week, from Monday to Friday.

Duration of the placement
It could begin in January 2020 for 2-4 months.

Salary offered

The payment will be € 530 net per month if the duration is more than 2 months. Accommodation will be provided in a flat near the office, free of charge except electricity, water...
