About the Role:

This ten-week program starts with virtual training, followed by five days of classroom instruction on markets, credit analysis, economics, financial metrics and Excel. Through hands-on experience and ongoing education, you’ll participate in trading simulations and learn more about global market strategies and asset classes - equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities and emerging markets. Top performers may receive a full-time job (for juniors) offer at the end of the summer.

Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with the vision and insights to advise our teams and clients around the world.

Key skills include:

  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and economic data and trends
  • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
  • Fluency in English, Asian language preferred but not required
  • Expected graduation date of September 2019 – July 2020
  • Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, a Second Class Upper Honors or equivalent in your undergraduate degree
