Offer a placement and recruit a student over summer, as a year in industry as part of their degree, or tailored hours to suit your business need.

A student placement is when a student takes employment in a job role during their study time at Sheffield. This can be during the summer vacation as work experience, a year-long placement in industry in between study years, or working hours can be spread over a period of a few months, as well as other models to fit your business needs.

As well as providing students with the experience of working in your business environment, a placement can provide your business with fresh ideas and enthusiasm and access to the graduate market.
